Template license and terms of sale

What you can do with a template you bought from KSPR Studio, and the terms that apply to the purchase.

Seller

Lulu Amani by Kasper, Klarastrasse 2, 4600 Olten, Switzerland (see imprint). KSPR Studio (KSPR) is a brand of this business.

What you get

After payment you receive a Framer remix link, on the confirmation page and by email. Opening it copies the full template project into your own Framer workspace. Your copy is yours to keep and change.

You may

• Use the template for any number of websites, for yourself or for clients.
• Change design, text, images and structure as you like.
• Use it in commercial projects.

You may not

• Share, publish or resell the remix link, or pass it on to anyone outside your own team.
• Sell or give away the template, or a slightly changed version of it, as a template, for example on the Framer Marketplace or elsewhere.
• Use the demo images outside the template. They come from Unsplash under its own license; replace them with your own photos before you publish.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars (USD) and shown on the template page and at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. Lulu Amani by Kasper is not registered for Swiss VAT, so no Swiss VAT is charged. Customers in the EU pay the VAT of their country on top, calculated at checkout; businesses that enter a valid VAT number pay no VAT (reverse charge). We declare EU VAT through the EU One-Stop Shop (non-Union scheme). You receive a receipt by email.

Delivery and right of withdrawal

The template is digital content delivered right after payment. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content only until delivery starts. By completing checkout you ask us to deliver immediately and acknowledge that you lose this right once the remix link is shown.

Requirements

You need a Framer account. Editing and remixing work on Framer's free plan; publishing on your own domain needs a paid Framer site plan. Shop templates show shop, product and cart pages; to take payments you connect a checkout, for example the KSPR checkout plugin, which is free for the first undefined months with every shop template.

Support and updates

Write to contact@luluamani.ch. A real person answers within two working days. Updates that keep the template working with changes in Framer are included; new buyers get them through the same remix link, and we email existing buyers about larger updates.

Our promise: refund within 14 days

If the template does not work as described, write to contact@luluamani.ch within 14 days of the purchase. We fix it, or refund you in full if we cannot.

Liability and law

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price you paid, as far as the law allows. Swiss law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence stay in force. Place of jurisdiction is Olten, Switzerland, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
